These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Convix platform (the "Service"), operated by Qabas Company For Contracting, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.تحكم شروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط") وصولك إلى منصة Convix ("الخدمة") واستخدامها، وهي مُشغّلة من قِبل شركة قبس للمقاولات، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. باستخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
Convix provides a unified customer-messaging platform that enables businesses to connect channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, and TikTok, and to manage customer conversations, automated replies, and agent handoff from a single workspace.يوفّر Convix منصة موحّدة لمراسلة العملاء تتيح للأعمال ربط قنوات مثل واتساب وتيليجرام وإنستجرام وماسنجر وتيك توك، وإدارة محادثات العملاء والردود الآلية والتحويل للموظف من مساحة عمل واحدة.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use by individuals at least 18 years old and authorized to act for their organization.يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة، وأنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك. الخدمة موجّهة للاستخدام التجاري من قِبل أشخاص لا تقل أعمارهم عن ١٨ عاماً ومصرّح لهم بالتصرّف نيابة عن منشآتهم.

You are responsible for complying with all messaging-platform policies and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.أنت مسؤول عن الالتزام بسياسات منصات المراسلة والقوانين المعمول بها في نطاقك.
The Service integrates with third-party messaging providers. Your use of those channels is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party platforms, and any messaging fees they charge are your responsibility.تتكامل الخدمة مع مزوّدي مراسلة من أطراف ثالثة. ويخضع استخدامك لتلك القنوات لشروطهم. ولسنا مسؤولين عن توافر منصات الأطراف الثالثة أو تصرّفاتها، وأي رسوم مراسلة يفرضونها تقع على عاتقك.
Access to Convix may be on a subscription or agreed-fee basis. Any messaging costs charged by third-party providers are billed separately by them and are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.قد يكون الوصول إلى Convix باشتراك أو برسوم متفق عليها. وأي تكاليف مراسلة يفرضها مزوّدو الأطراف الثالثة تُحتسب منهم بشكل منفصل وتقع على عاتقك ما لم يُتفق على خلاف ذلك كتابةً.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consents from your customers to communicate via the connected channels.يوضّح تعاملنا مع البيانات الشخصية في سياسة الخصوصية. وأنت مسؤول عن الحصول على الموافقات اللازمة من عملائك للتواصل عبر القنوات المرتبطة.
The Convix name, branding, and platform are the property of Qabas Company For Contracting. These Terms grant no ownership rights in the Service. Content and data you submit remain yours.اسم Convix وهويته ومنصته ملك لشركة قبس للمقاولات. ولا تمنح هذه الشروط أي حقوق ملكية في الخدمة. ويبقى المحتوى والبيانات التي ترسلها ملكاً لك.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.نعمل على إبقاء الخدمة موثوقة لكننا لا نضمن تشغيلاً دون انقطاع. وقد نعدّل الميزات أو نوقفها في أي وقت.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convix and Qabas Company For Contracting shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون ضمانات. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل Convix وشركة قبس للمقاولات أي مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, you may request data deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت. وقد نعلّق أو ننهي الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط. وعند الإنهاء يمكنك طلب حذف البيانات كما هو موضّح في صفحة حذف البيانات.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Riyadh.تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم الرياض بالنظر في أي نزاع.
